Ocaso is proposing to expand its UK presence by partnering with Open GI to launch two new products by Full Cycle EDI.
The Spanish personal lines specialist has been trading in the UK since 1973 and expects its new offerings to be available next month.
The firm says its decision to select Open GI was easy, having followed a review of all major software houses.
UK general manager, Graham Kitteridge, explains: “Partnering with Open GI provides us with the opportunity to work with market leading brokers in the UK that place a significant volume of property business via Full Cycle EDI.”
He adds: “Capitalising on the UK market is essential to our development plans.”
For Open GI, the addition of Ocaso broadens the range of products available to the 2,000 broking sites that currently use its system.
Ocaso currently has UK offices in Manchester and London and operates via 30,000 agents across the UK, Spain and Andorra.
